About Us
Our Story
Gringo Jack's first opened as Candeleros Mexican Restaurant and Cantina in April of 1995! Over our 30 plus years of business we have evolved from an authentic Mexican Cantina to a Southwestern Bar and Grill with all of your American Mexican favorites. With staples from the original menu: Guacamole, Quesadilla, Tamales, Black Bean soup, Enchiladas de Mole Poblano and Burrito Grande, too modern favorites: Nachos, Wings, Fajitas, Tacos and Chimichanga. Gringo Jack's has something for everyone. It is easy to see from looking at the exterior of Gringo Jack’s that it was once a home. The original structure was built in the early 1800's. In the mid 2000's we lunched our chip and salsa line under the name Gringo Jack's. By 2009 we needed the name of the restaurant to match. Thus Gringo Jack's Southwestern Bar and Grill was born. Although many things have changed over the years the essence of what Gringo Jack's is remains the same. To provide a fresh from-scratch menu in an extraordinary atmosphere with efficient, knowledgeable, intelligent, extra-friendly service.
